Mark LeBlanc, CSP, CPAE
Mark LeBlanc is a Hall of Fame speaker, business coach, and author who has dedicated his career to helping professionals create focus, build momentum, and grow their businesses.
He became a small business success story early on, building and selling a thriving graphics and printing company before pursuing his dream of becoming a professional speaker. Since then, he has authored or coauthored seven books, including Growing Your Business, and logged more than 20,000 hours coaching independent professionals.
Mark is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and in 2023 was inducted into the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame (CPAE). He was also recognized as a Legend of the Speaking Profession by the Veteran Speakers Network in Washington, D.C.
His signature program, the Achievers Circle, is a weekend retreat he calls the “anti-boot camp.” Limited to 15 participants, the Circle provides a focused, high-content experience in an intimate setting. With over 175 retreats completed, participants consistently share how they’ve gained clarity, attracted more clients, and created a clear path to more business.
In 2010, Mark launched a foundation for young entrepreneurs, awarding more than thirty $3,000 grants to aspiring and full-time business owners.
Outside of his work, Mark has walked the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage across Spain four times, experiences that inspired his book Never Be the Same. He and his wife, Ann, live in Minneapolis with their two Yorkipoo pups, Bella and Gia, and love hosting family, friends, and clients with food and wine.
